CHILDREN'S PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, RECOMMENDATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT – FITNESS DECATHLON FOR THE PARENTS

Fitness Decathlon exercise tasks support the holistic well-being of growing children and young people and help them achieve motor skills that are suitable for their age and development level. Most of the tasks can be carried out easily, for example in the schoolyard, in the park or at home.

The Exercise analysis provides information on the development of physical activity skills and guides children to practise many skills. Learning basic physical skills enables participation in games that are suitable for the age and development level and also makes it easier to start new physical activities.

With advanced exercise skills and better self-esteem, it’s also easier to make new friends.

Body control: forward bending in seated straddle splits and rope skipping

Strength: hanging and pull-ups and abs on stall bar

Endurance: body hold and 30-minute jogging
